Our Client, one of the leading large animal Veterinary practice groups in the UK is looking for a Team Manager for one of their subsidiaries.

This exciting new position (based in West Sussex) is to help manage their regulated animal drugs online dispensing business.

Main duties will include;
Displaying the aptitude to manage a team of up to 6. First line customer contact giving information on product queries, product advice and pricing. Manage the online direct sales business and its distribution function as well as develop the marketing presence of the business and in turn help to grow its market share.

Candidates will ideally have a drugs/medicines background/knowledge. Have the ability to interpret drug data sheets and provide sound product advice. Sales experience will be a distinct advantage as this may give you added ability to cross sell/upsell products when required.

Bonus knowledge would be a good understanding of the veterinary world coupled with some farming knowledge.

This is a full time (37.5 hrs per week/Mon to Fri) post.

Good variable salary package on offer (Dependant on experience) + 24 days holiday per year.
