Country Manager (France) – Animal Nutrition

Rig Animal Health Recruit is currently recruiting for a Country Manager, France. The position is with a global leader in the Animal Nutritional Industry and amongst the top ten Animal Health companies in the world.

You will be a French national, speaking both French and English fluently (Written and Oral) with previous senior level managerial experience this person will be heading up the French Subsidiary of the business, with a team total of twenty and a sales force of five. You will have a clear, innovative vision and goals to conquer new businesses on the market whilst developing and leading your sales team.

Responsibilities –

Responsible for the French Subsidiary of the business from a legal point of view

Responsible for a sales force of five

In charge of management and organisation intended to business development, in relation to the HQ

Guarantor for sales and financial results

Responsible for sales team targets and supervisor of sales development: follow up of sales achievements , budgets and margins

Permanent competition and market intelligence

With high management and leadership skills, the CM communicates to the sales team a CLEAR and INNOVATIVE vision, and goals to conquer new business on the market.

Your profile –

Background in a similar position within an international company

Agri related experiences / knowledge

Professional integrity

Fluent English and French both written and oral

Agri / Agro / veterinarian experience
